So this is an idea that I came up with while RPing over on the Claymundo RP (which was the first time I'd ever role-played, and I'd had no idea how fun it was. ^^) I don't know if it'll get off the ground, considering I may be the only one who is interested enough in these characters to want to do this.
But enough chitchat- this is an RP for the characters of Xiaolin Showdown, 1500 years ago. More specifically, Dashi, Chase, Wuya, and Guan as Dragons-in-training around the same ages as our current heroes. Romance is encouraged, certainly, but I'm not going to specify pairings- the love interest of a character is all up to whoever is playing that character. If it's a horrendous idea, let me know and I'll give it up, but I think it would be alot of fun.
Roles: Dashi- played by The_Double_K Wuya- played by roundarosie Chase- played by Elektrikfeather Guan- played by avi17 Dojo- played by cyborg buffi Others may be added later, and minor OCs can be played by anyone when they pop up.
I'll be gone for a day or so to a family wedding, and if we've got some roles taken by the time I get back, I'll get it started. ^^

I'm baaaaack! Well get this started as soon as we have somebody to play Chase (I switched to Guan, since I figured it'd be alot easier to get somebody else to play Chase than him.)
Okay, I'm definitely here now! XD And as flattered as I am to be called sexy...
Ahem. I'll be popping in as the Master to start off, but anyone can play him when he's needed.
"The training of a Xiaolin monk is no simple undertaking," said an elderly man clothed in a simple yet formal robe. He handed long, black sashes to each of the four children that stood in a line in front of him, and said their names in turn. "Dashi, the future Dragon of Wind, Chase, the future Dragon of Water, Guan, the future Dragon of Fire, and Wuya, the future Dragon of Earth." Noticing how easily distracted they were, he ended with, "The road will be long, and this is only the first step." He then left them to get acquainted with one another for the first time.
And little did they know that the future dragon of water, who was curently trying to catch a butterfly; would one day grow in to the greatest evil of all- "Oof!" Chase fell over a root.

Wuya looked down at the limp black sash she had just been handed. Blinking er emerald eyes, she looked upward at her new colleagues. They seemed pretty normal to her, but one thing she had learned in her life was that looks could be deceiving.
The bald guy was the first one she noticed. There was another blad one, only with a ponytail she just noticed, and unusually large shoulders. Okay, so maybe they were rather weird looking. But then her eyes fell on the guy standing closest to her; he was...well, to put lightly...gorgeous.

The boy with the ponytail, a rather well-built boy for his age (though it showed more in his shoulders than anywhere else) was also appraising his new companions. He knew the other bald boy, Dashi, fairly well, as they'd grown up in neighboring towns. The other two, however, were completely unfamiliar. His first impression of the girl was that she seemed a bit stuck-up, but that goes to show how accurate first impressions are.
His gaze followed hers to the final child, who was sprawled out on the ground with the offending butterfly perched on his nose. The look the girl was giving him positively oozed adoration, and in all honesty, he could see where she was coming from.
Said butterfly pearch-er boy suddenly realized that he was lying on the ground, and he quickly scrambled to stand, brushing himself off. He blushed, furiously, as he noticed all three other dragons staring at him.

Trying his hardest not to laugh for the embarassed boy's sake, Guan extended a hand and said, "My name is Guan- it's good to meet you. And you are...?"
Wuya giggled inwardly at the oblivious look the boy had given them before coming into realization. She aslo became painfully aware of the awkward silence befalling them. She sighed. She might as well go ahead and break the ice.
"Um...I'm Wuya, it's nice to meet you." she said blandly to no one in particular.
