Okay, like Wuya, I have no idea wtf Jack is. He's super pale and and has red eyes, so I can only assume he's albino. BUT...his hair's red, and when he get's old, his hair stays the same color (only faded) so we can assume he doesn't dye it. So is he a ginger or albino or what??

OR we can assume he used permanent dye that faded along with his hair. Because when your hair gets old and grizzled and gray, dye doesn't work quite as well.
Perhaps he doesn't want people to know he's albino, so he dyed his hair a color that made it look like it faded naturally to avoid suspicion! Top THAT!
I dont think he's albino because in the last episode after he had been in the sun for a while his skin got more peachy and his hair got lighter like rust.(we are so lame for getting into this) plus why would he bother coloring his eyebrows a diffrent color?

me: that was history class and i was bored and was holding a pink highlighter. i personally think jack fell into a tub of strawberry jello, but they painted him white on everything but his hair and eyebrows.

We're forgetting the issue that Jack is our lovable "Boy Genius"!
If he actually got smart enough he could have used some wacko robotic invention to either die his eyebrows and hair, or to change the pigments of them before they grow, making it permanently red...
Hm... maybe he wears contacts to look more evil?
